To reset your password you will need to get in touch with the product team. Email us with the subject line PEBBLE PASSWORD RESET, and we'll send you instructions.

You must email us from the same email that your user account us registered under.

Please don't submit multiple requests. We will be in touch soon! If you don't receive a reply within 24 hours, please re-submit your request.

We normally process reset requests within a couple of hours. If your request is urgent please email first, and then call or WhatsApp us right away on 07395 046 204.
