We trialled Pebble Geo as an alternative to one of the significantly more expensive software platforms run by a larger company after learning of an upcoming price increase that was prohibitively expensive for a small-midsized company.

All of our staff got used to using Pebble Geo very quickly and prefer the software to other alternatives due to the simplicity of inputting data, to creating logs and other outputs. We also find it beneficial that additional functionality is regularly added to Pebble Geo and that the support team are very responsive and helpful.

The timely support for queries, and willingness to consider suggestions and updates has been notable. We’re really pleased with Pebble, and now with the ability to produce a cross section, Pebble really is punching above its weight.

We’ve been using Pebble Geo for a while now, and it’s honestly made life a lot easier for our team. The software is straightforward — you open it, enter the data and everything just works the way you expect. There’s no messing around with complicated setups or long training sessions.

What we’ve appreciated most is how quickly the Pebble team replies when we need something. You get an actual helpful answer, not the usual back‑and‑forth you get with the bigger providers. They regularly add additional features, which is always a nice surprise.

Overall, it’s saving us time, the logs look great and (importantly) it’s much better value than the platforms we were using before. We’re genuinely happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

GVR Geo switched to using Pebble Geo 2 years ago and have found it to be a very straightforward professional logging package. It has vastly improved our log production process. The new web version has even allowed me to relay live logs and cross-sections from the field when it has mattered.
